We are conditioned to rely on our doctors and other medical health care for our health. Then we put our health in our hands hope that we can determine when something goes wrong.
But the doctor is not there to make you health.
They are here to treat the symptoms. Going to the doctor that could cure diseases. But there’s something you may not say.
70% to prevent diseases. A lot of it is reversible. Chronic diseases such as heart disease, stroke, some cancers, type 2 diabetes, arthritis, obesity, metabolic syndrome and respiratory diseases, are largely influenced by your lifestyle.
What does this mean to you that you are not prisoners of diagnosis or prognosis. If you choose to be.
If you only treat symptoms and change anything, what do you think will happen? You will need to continue treatment forever, or it disappears and returns. But that’s what we do – we treat the symptoms.
I’m not saying we should not seek medical treatment. Conversely, treatment save lives. But this may not be the end of the story. You can do more for their long-term health than anyone else can do for you.
Unfortunately, doctors and health workers often lack the time, resources or training to work with you on lifestyle factors – such as nutrition, physical activity, stress, tobacco and alcohol use. And, as behavioral and lifestyle changes can be difficult, it may not proposed.
Although doctors can not say that lifestyle changes can prevent and even reverse some of the most common chronic disease that does not mean you should meet the code and see what happens.
Some of the lifestyle factors that can make a difference include:
* Diet – Eat real food that comes from nature, including lots of fruits and vegetables (it is a natural recipes). And you know what you’re putting into your body.
* Physical activity – move some every day. If you’re not very active in their daily activities, you decide to do some exercise that gets your heart.
* Strong muscles and bones – make it a priority to strengthen your muscles and bones. Strength training can be done very little equipment.
* Smoking – stop.
* Alcohol – take it easy. Alcohol is your body is working very hard. Enjoy a casual drink if you want your body, but give yourself a break.
The body is made to heal itself. Its natural state is health and if you put he needs to thrive, has a much greater chance of achieving this goal. Look at the lifestyle of each factor and think about what you can do differently now in the body to create health and prevent disease later.
